Why tallow?
Tallow is rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K and closely mimics the skin’s natural sebum. This makes it deeply nourishing, highly compatible with all skin types, and supportive for dry, sensitive, and mature skin.
Will tallow clog my pores?
Tallow is generally non-comedogenic and well-tolerated because of its similarity to human skin oils. As with any product, we recommend patch testing if you have very acne-prone or reactive skin.
Are your products organic?
We use organic ingredients whenever possible and prioritize clean, responsibly sourced materials. Not every ingredient is certified organic, but all are intentionally chosen for quality and safety.
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Many of our products are pregnancy-friendly, but some contain essential oils. We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider and reviewing ingredient lists before use.
Why do you infuse some products with herbs?
We infuse certain products with herbs to naturally enhance their skin-supportive properties. Rather than relying on synthetic actives, we use traditional oil infusions to gently extract beneficial plant compounds into nourishing oils.
This allows us to combine the nutrient density of grass-fed tallow with the supportive qualities of plant botanicals.
Each herb is chosen intentionally for its role, whether that’s soothing sensitive skin, supporting the scalp, promoting radiance, or calming irritation.
